Rose is owned and developed by one person - Paul. Just a Telegram user who got tired of fighting spam.

We also rely on multiple volunteers to maintain and run our support chat, as well as test and discuss new features. We wouldn't be able to run Rose without them, so we'd like to extend a big thank you to them all!
